Workspaces

A workspace is your account: one plan, one set of members, and the Boxes and agents they share. You can belong to several. Switch between them from the pill in the top left corner, which also creates new ones. A workspace is a hard boundary. Nothing crosses it: not an agent, not a Box database, not an API key. That makes a second workspace the right tool when you want a real separation, for example between a client project and your own.

Invite someone

1

Open the workspace menu

Click the workspace pill, then Members.
2

Enter an email address

They get an invitation link.
3

They accept

They join the workspace and see the same board you do.
Pending invitations are listed under the members, and you can revoke one before it is accepted. Each member takes a seat. The base plan includes one, and extra seats are an add-on. See Plans and billing.

Roles

What members share

Everyone in a workspace sees the same board, the same Boxes and the same agents. That includes the conversations agents have had and the data they hold. Credentials are not readable by anyone, member or not: they live on the Box and are never displayed back. But an agent connected to your Gmail can be asked to act on it by any builder in the workspace, so invite accordingly.

Leaving and removing

An owner removes a member from the same Members dialog. Removing someone frees their seat immediately and takes away their access to everything in the workspace. The owner cannot be removed. If ownership has to move, write to hello@rerun.build.
