Free
Anyone installs it. Good for building a reputation and feeding the directory.
One time
Charged once at install. The buyer keeps the agents forever.
Recurring
Charged monthly. The buyer can cancel, and the agents switch off when the subscription lapses.
What Rerun takes
5% + $0.30 per sale, calculated on the amount net of tax. The rest is yours. For a $20 sale with no tax, that is $1.30 to Rerun and $18.70 to you. Refunds reverse the split.Getting paid
Payouts go through Stripe Connect. Open the board toolbar, My templates, then Payouts, and complete the Stripe onboarding once. Payout onboarding needs a browser. It is the one part of the template workflow that is not available over the API.Tracking sales
My templates has a Revenue pane: sales, refunds, and what is on its way to you. Each line ties back to the template that produced it.Pricing advice
- Price against the work it saves, not against the tokens it burns. The buyer pays for their own model usage on top.
- Recurring fits an agent that keeps earning its place: a monitor, a weekly report, an inbox triage. One time fits a setup that is done once.
- Be honest about setup minutes. A template that takes an hour to connect and says five gets refunded.
- The install script is part of the product. A template that configures itself well is worth more than one that leaves the buyer guessing.
